Pc only getting 80 download speed

Hi I'm paying for 100 mbps internet and I should be getting 100 mbps (that's what it says in my router properties) but I'm only getting 10 mbps. 80mbps = 10MB/s, hence, you'll need to double check the mbps vs MB/s thing. Network cables (or wifi signal strength if applicable), router and PC network ports.
