Skyrim mo cant download mods

You can get to the data folder by browsing the local content for Skyrim. Has anybody made a download available of their Skyrim data folder with good mods installed? I have a pretty Not certain about that part of the process for MO. And I can not say this enough - Backup your save game before installing any mods.
